Saturday 5 May 2018
Featuring hundreds of home made scones, a mountain of freshly baked shortbread, 250 visitors, 30 staff and volunteers, and 200 tombola prizes – the Leuchie House annual coffee morning will be back with a bang on 5 May!
A favourite event on the East Lothian social calendar for over a decade, in recent years each event has raised over £2,000 in just two hours.
It’s a lovely fun occasion that brings together friends and families across the generations and from around the county. And it’s a great chance to look around the house and grounds, while sampling some of Leuchie’s famous home baking and supporting Leuchie's work.
This year, we'll have live music, Luca's ice cream van will be with us, we'll have a plant sale, a range of stalls and a variety of children's activities, as well as a tombola and a raffle. A wide range of local businesses donate raffle prizes which range from hand-crafted jewellery to workshop and activity vouchers. And the tombola stretches across the entire main lounge with prizes to suit all ages.
Entry is just £3 for adults and £1 for children, which includes a home made scone, shortbread and tea, coffee or juice.
No need to book, just drop in on the day. We look forward to welcoming you to Leuchie House!
